On November 15th 2024, The Bernstein family will be in court at 10 am in Department 30 of the Orange County Superior court [directions here] for their final appearance at Sentencing. Blaze’s parents Jeanne Pepper and Gideon Bernstein are expected to address the court at that time with their Victim Impact Statements. Those statements will be available online for you to read following sentencing. Click here for access.

From the Bernstein Family: We want to thank all of you, from our neighbors in Orange County to the thousands of you from around the world, for all of the support our family has received these past 6 plus years. We hope you understand that while we are thrilled with the jury verdict and the end of the trial, we will not be making any additional statements about the judicial proceedings until its conclusion after sentencing on October 22, 2024.
